EXPERT WITNESS SERVICES

The Psych Practice  provides medico-legal assessment, reporting and expert witness services in a range of services in civil law, in accordance with Legal Aid Agency rates and guidelines. This includes:

• Neuropsychology

• Personal Injury

• Post traumatic stress disorder in adults and children

• Head injury

• Immigration and Asylum/Deportation

Reports commonly address the neuropsychological aspects of: impairment and disability secondary to brain damage or dysfunction, including cognitive, emotional and behavioural changes, performance validity, capacity for work, prognosis and treatment recommendations.
